The IGEA is an electromechanical operator swing gates motor for leaves up to 250 kg and up to 2,5 meters. It’s realized by BFT, and it’s suitable for both residential and apartment blocks use.

It owes its peculiarity to the fact that it has been specially designed to move gates that are not anchored on the classical iron posts, but instead on large masonry pillars. In fact, its articulated arms (also referred to as “compass”) allows to open the leaves up to 125°.

The automatic gates motor IGEA has been developed to replace the old motor JOINT and it’s produced in different versions. The most diffused are three:

  • IGEA,
  • IGEA BT;
  • IGEA LB BT.

Every automatic gate motor IGEA is very low-noise; in addition, the limit switches placed inside the motor make the stop safer while the articulated arm makes every movement more fluid and regular.
